Complaints about Walt Disney World tickets
While Disney is truly a wonderful place to visit, there are some complaints about Walt Disney World tickets. With so many guests visiting the parks each day, it's no wonder that some complaints do pop up. The most commonly heard complaints about Walt Disney World tickets center on the pricing. Every year you can count on the price of admission to the theme parks going up. Disney does this to cover their every increasing operating expenses and other incidentals. That doesn't change the fact that those increased prices affect the guests. When you have to purchase tickets for an entire family the price can often be exorbitant.
Other complaints about Walt Disney World tickets hinge on the various options. You can buy admission to one park, admission to the major theme parks, admission to the theme parks and water parks or admission to just the water parks. And, if you want to insure you can use your ticket in the future if you don't use all the days of admission on it, you need to purchase the no expiration ticket which is an additional fee. These fees add up very, very quickly and do cause some complaints about Walt Disney World tickets.

It's also easy for the tickets to get demagnetized. There is a magnetic strip on the back of each ticket that you run through the gate each time you want admittance to the park. If you put the tickets to close to your cell phone or if you put them too near other magnetic strips of credit cards and the like, the ticket will more than likely be demagnetized. If you do demagnetize your ticket you have to go to customer service, wait in line and get it fixed. Sometimes they can fix your magnetic strip, other times they have to issue you a new ticket. All in all, you waste time in line fixing your ticket when you could be out riding the attractions.
There are a variety of complaints about Walt Disney World tickets and they are all founded complaints. Unfortunately, the system does not always work properly and mistakes do happen. If you are one of the unlucky ones who get caught up with exorbitant ticket prices or faulty magnetic strips, remember that you are at Disney World. There could be worse places to be having those kinds of problems.
